• I have been exercising off and on for 2 years now and so far I lost 132 pounds. I still need to lose another 140 pounds to be a normal weight. So I started walkinfg and riding my exercise bike and so far I have lost 5 pounds in a week. How about you? Do you exercise?

  • Not to beat up my own thread, but I did, 5139 steps yesterday. That's over 2 miles, which is a super improvement because I used to get winded walking from the house to the car. My goal is 10k steps a day, every day.

    That is awesome to hear :)

    I tend to do a lot of walking either around when I have errands to run or in the house when I am cleaning and doing chores and I count that as my exercise each day.

    I aim for 10K steps per day but due to suffering from fibromyalgia, I find that it can be difficult for me so I do what I can each day.
