I have never used any, I don't like tattoos. But I don't mind if other people have them, I just don't want any.
I remember having these when I was a kid, they used to give them in certain candy wrappers and also bubble gum wrappers too. It was always fun wearing them and telling our friends we had a real tattoo, the amount of friends who believed us at first was quite funny.
Don't tend to see them as much anymore which is a shame, they were cool.
